Lentera Sosial: Jurnal Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora provides immediate open access to all of its content, on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles can be read, downloaded, and shared by anyone, free of charge and without registration, from the moment they are published.

This policy follows the definition of open access set out in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI): users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, and use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers, provided the original work is properly cited.

Licence

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Anyone may share and adapt the material for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as they give appropriate credit to the authors and the journal, and distribute any adapted work under the same licence.

Copyright

Authors retain the copyright of their articles and grant the journal the right of first publication. Authors may enter into separate arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version, such as posting it in an institutional repository or publishing it in a book, with an acknowledgement of its first publication in this journal.

Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the preprint, accepted manuscript, and published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic networks (for example Google Scholar, ResearchGate, or Academia.edu), provided that the published version includes a link to the article on the journal website and its DOI.

Free to Read

Readers pay no subscription or access fees. Information on any charges for authors is published separately on the journal's Article Processing Charge (APC) page.
